The ideal candidates will be required to work with pride and show respect to our staff, customers, vendors and other Magnets USA friends. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record which display they live with integrity and have the ability to earn trust. We have multiple full-time positions available. These positions are seasonal, lasting through January. Contact Center hours are 9am-6pm. Your shift will be set during that timeframe.
Required Job Duties
- Perform customer service duties including order entry, inbound and outbound calling.
- Assist customers with product options and choices.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure customers receive the very best, timely service.
- Gather/provide quality information and specifications to/from customer and Magnets USA.
- Maintain proper customer contacts via phone and email while meeting productivity goals.
