Required Job Duties
- Assist with customer service related phone calls
- Assist customers with product options and choices.
- Assist sales staff by professionally directing the flow of information and traffic in the office (phone calls and order inquiries)
- Must be able to work additional hours outside of the traditional schedule (occasional Saturdays, occasional evenings until 7pm)
- Maintain proper customer contacts via phone and email while meeting productivity goals.
