NOW HIRING! ON-SITE Administrative Support Team Member

This full-time position is perfect for someone with great customer service skills, who also has great proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook. Our Customer Support Center is open 9am-6pm daily. Your shift will be set within that timeframe.

The ideal candidates will be required to work with pride and show respect to our staff, customers, vendors and other Magnets USA friends. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record which display they live with integrity and have the ability to earn trust.

Required Job Duties

  • Assist with customer service related phone calls
  • Assist customers with product options and choices.
  • Assist sales staff by professionally directing the flow of information and traffic in the office (phone calls and order inquiries)
  • Must be able to work additional hours outside of the traditional schedule (occasional Saturdays, occasional evenings until 7pm)
  • Maintain proper customer contacts via phone and email while meeting productivity goals.
