At the end of the ordering process, you’ll be asked for your personalization information. This information includes any text content for your product, as well as, photos, logos, and other necessary graphics files. You can upload this information directly to our site in minutes. |

| Q: How many proofs can I request? |
| A: |
You will receive a full color proof via email once all personalization elements are received (photos, logos, layout information, text information). After receiving your first proof, review it carefully and submit any necessary changes. Each personalized order includes two free proofs, your initial proof and a round of changes. After your second proof, a $12 proof fee is applied per proof. |

Once all personalization elements are received (photos, logos, layout information, text information), you will receive a full color proof via email within approximately 5-7 business days. Requests for proof changes are typically returned in 2-3 business days. |
