Eligibility:
No purchases necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Contests are open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older with a valid email. Employees and immediate families of Magnets USA are prohibited from participation.

How to Enter:
Entries can only be made via our website. See above to enter your email address. Contest entry requires submission of your email address. Email addresses entered into the contest will only be used for the purpose of communicating information directly related to this contest. At the end of each contest period, all email addresses submitted during that quarter will be deleted. Please add magnetsusa@magnetsusa.com to your address book to ensure delivery of winner notification.

Rules:
One entry per email address, per quarter. Only entries from valid email addresses are eligible. One winner per email address. Void where prohibited by law. Magnets USA assumes no liability for incomplete or mistyped email addresses.

Prizes:
Winners will receive 1000 personalized magnetic marketing pieces from the Magnets USA product line. Car Magnets and non-magnetic products are excluded. Applicable set-up fees and shipping charges are waived. Custom charges do apply. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash equivalent offered.

Prize Notification:
Winners will be notified via the email address submitted after a random drawing is completed. Once notified, winners have 30 days to contact Magnets USA to claim their prize. Failure to reply within 30 days will result in forfeiture of prize and another winner will be notified in the same fashion. Magnets USA reserves the right to award unclaimed prizes to alternate contestants or not to award unclaimed prizes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes (including any sales taxes) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Claiming and Using Prize:
The winner will receive a credit for 1000 magnets. Orders placed for magnets must placed in one order within thirty days of prize acceptance. Pre-orders for seasonal merchandise are allowed. Shipping and setup fees are also waived. Custom fees do apply.

Publicity Release:
By accepting this prize, you give Magnets USA permission to use your name, city, state/province and photo (if applicable) for prizewinner announcements, on our website and for other promotional purposes.
