Q: Are your magnets made in America? A: All our flexible magnets are made in America.   Q: What is a Peel ’n Stick? A: Peel ‘n Stick Magnets come with removable adhesive for you to peel ‘n stick your business card. Save money by putting it together yourself.   Q: What is a QuikMag™? A: A QuikMag™ is a magnetic business card attached to the top of a magnetic calendar or notepad. Products with a QuikMag™ arrive printed with your contact information on the magnetic topper. You can save valuable time when you upgrade to QuikMag™.   Q: What is an All ’n One? A: All ‘n One refers to Magnetic Sports Schedules, Card Magnets, and Door Hangers with your business card information printed on the card. All ‘n One Products are ready to distribute and present a more integrated look and feel.   Q: What is the Universal Drop-In? A: Our Universal Drop-in is a personalization layout you can use over and over again without additional setup fees. The Universal Drop-in allows you to move your personalization layout from product to product saving you time and money. Setup your personalization layout once. It can be used on just about any other product without additional setup fees. When placing subsequent orders, indicate you’d like to use your Universal Drop-in and approve your proof when it arrives. Not all products or formats are Universal Drop-in compatible.   Q: What safety standards do your magnets conform to? A: Magnets USA manufactured flexible magnet products are non-toxic. They are made with magnetic material that conforms to certified toy safety standards for heavy metal content.   Q: What is the thickness of your magnets? A: Most Magnets USA indoor magnet products are made using a sturdy 20-millimeter base magnet material. Finished products are about 26 millimeters thick. Car magnets are made using a 35 milimeter magnet material to stand up to outdoor conditions. Finished Car Magnets are about 38 millimeters thick.     Q: Do your magnets stick to stainless steel refrigerators? A: Magnets adhere to ferrous surfaces with iron only. Refrigerator magnets will not stick to some stainless steel appliances.   Q: What surfaces do car magnets stick to? A: Car door magnets will not adhere to aluminum, fiberglass or stainless steel body panels or non-metallic body fillers.   Q: How long will your Car Magnets last? A: Magnets USA Car Magnets carry an 18-month fade resistant warranty. They are manufactured to the highest industry standards.   Q: How many sheets of paper can your magnets hold up? A: Our largest magnets can hold up between 2-4 pieces of paper. While some smaller magnets, such as the sign shaped magnet can only hold one piece at a time.   Q: How do I mail my magnets? A: Magnets USA® magnetic calendars meet USPS guidelines for automation rates. Magnets in envelopes may face either the address or non-address side, but must be right justified when looking at the address. Product must not shift more than 1/2" from any edge, in any direction. The total weight of the magnet, envelope and contents may not exceed 1 oz. to qualify for the lowest 1st class rate. A non-automation surcharge may apply. Check with the local mail service center before mailing. Search USPS - Mailing Magnets for details.   Q: Do you offer a mailing service? A: Yes. We have a Mail Fulfillment Service with the ability to print your mailing and return addresses, print your postal indicia, insert your product in printed envelopes, seal envelopes and deliver to the United States Postal Service. We can mail some or all of your order. contact us for more information on our Mail Fulfillment Service.   Q: What is the minimum ordering service? A: Most of our magnets are sold in quantities of 100 with a minimum order of 100 pieces.   Q: How do I request samples?
