Q: Are proofs handled differently for Build-it and Professional Design?
A: If you use Build-it, your proof is approved when you finalize the Build-it process. You will receive an email verifying your proof. The email you receive is purely informational - changes can no longer be made.
When using Professional Design, your proof will be emailed to you 7-10 days after all required information is submitted. The remaining questions on this page pertain exclusively to Professional Design.
Q: How do I submit my personalization information?
A: At the end of the ordering process, you’ll be asked for your personalization information. This information includes any text content for your product, as well as, photos, logos, and other necessary graphics files. You can upload this information directly to our site in minutes.
Q: How many proofs can I request?
A: You will receive a full color proof via email once all personalization elements are received (photos, logos, layout information, text information). After receiving your first proof, review it carefully and submit any necessary changes. Each personalized order includes two free proofs, your initial proof and a round of changes. After your second proof, a $9 proof fee is applied per proof.
Q: How do I receive proofs?
A: We provide you with a full color proof via email.
Q: How long will it take to receive my proof?
A: Once all personalization elements are received (photos, logos, layout information, text information), you will receive a full color proof via email within approximately 3-5 business days. Requests for proof changes are typically returned in 1-2 business days.
Q: Are there charges for proof changes?
A: After your second proof, a $9 proof fee is applied per proof.
Q: Why am I being charged $9 after the first proof?
A: When the order was placed, you asked us to use a proof that required no changes. You have requested changes, and would have been charged $9 to start with. You will now be eligible for 2 more proof changes before additional charges will be added.
