Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping costs vary by the weight of your order and your selected shipping method. Your shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Q: What shipping methods/carriers do you offer?

A: Orders are shipped via FedEx service. Delivery time is based on your location, with an average delivery time of 1-3 business days after your order's production is completed. Expedited shipping options are available. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.869.7562 for a quote.

Q: What is the typical turnaround time for orders?

A: Non-personalized, in-stock products typically ship within 5-7 business days. Personalized orders ship out approximately 2-4 weeks after proof approval.

Q: Do you offer rush processing?

A: If you need your order processed faster, we do offer rush processing. Contact our Customer Service Department at 800.869.7562 for details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We ship to the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada only.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! Simply sign in to your account. You’ll need the email and password used to setup your account. Once you’re logged in, select the “Track My Order” option.

Q: What do I do if I haven’t received my order or it has arrived damaged?

A: If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or has not arrived within specified time period, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.869.7562 or use the email inquiry form below. Please have the name on the order, package inspection number, e-mail address and order number available to help expedite processing of your request.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, contact us. Our Customer Service Department is dedicated to ensuring you have an enjoyable shopping experience with Magnets USA from start to finish.

Q: How do you ship to Canada?

A: Magnets USA ships via FedEx to Canada. The approximate transit time is 7 to 10 days.

Q: Are Canadian orders subject to additional fees or duties at the border?

A: Magnets USA is a non-resident importer into Canada. This means that we are both the Exporter & Importer of Record. All shipping, customs, taxes and brokerage are billed to us by FedEx. For our customers this means on-time delivery with no extra or hidden charges, no C.O.D. demands for payment of duty, taxes or brokerage fees, and no hassles with customs.

Q: I have a large order and want to save money on shipping. Can you ship freight?

A: If you're considering a large order of over 10,000 pieces we can save you money by shipping freight. Ask us for a quote. Our representatives will ask a few questions and we can supply a quote on shipping freight.

It is more economical to use a freight carrier for orders over 10,000 pieces. These orders will also ship directly to you with no extra charges at the time of delivery. Magnets USA will arrange for a freight carrier as well as a broker. As with FedEx, this means no C.O.D. charges to our customer at the time of delivery. They are handled by the broker and billed to Magnets USA.
