Q: Can I download an order form?

A: Yes, you may download an order form in Adobe Acrobat® Format. You can download the Acrobat® reader at no cost if you do not have it already. You can fax your completed order form with payment information to 800.788.6872 or mail it to:

Q: Do you offer discounts on large orders?

A: Yes! Higher quantities receive lower unit prices. Agents and offices can even group their orders to achieve larger discounts. Learn more about our Office Savings Program or give us a call to discuss your best pricing options.

Q: How can I get a quote on custom magnets or ad specialty items?

A: Give us a call at 800.869.7562. Our Customer Service Department will be happy to assist you with information and quotes on ad specialty items. Submit your info on our Custom Quote Page and a representative will be in touch.

Q: When do I pay for my order?

A: Orders for non-personalized products are charged at the time they are shipped. Orders for personalized products are charged when Proof Approval is received.

Q: Do I pay sales tax?

A: Sales tax is assessed for Virginia residents only. Non-Virginia residents are responsible for reporting applicable sales tax to their respective states. 5% GST is charged on Canadian orders. Canadian customers are responsible for provincial sales tax (PST), where applicable.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you pay by money order or check, you must include payment with your order. Download order forms here. Mail completed orders forms with payment to:

Q: Once I place an order, can I cancel it?

A: Orders may not ordinarily be cancelled without a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for personalized products may vary depending how far along the order is in the production process. After Proof Approval, cancellation fees equal the total product cost.
